1993 was a fun time to be in a band, especially in San Jose. The nightclubs were packed and Shovelhead was right in the middle of it all. Cab and I had always wanted to jam together in a band and after a a few skate sessions and and phone conversations, we found ourselves recording 4 track demos of what would become the band Shovelhead.
